It could be our new theme quilt! Marcia’s sister did the quilting…so perfect….strings of yarn winding around the blocks!! Nancy Strange found just the right fabrics for this lovely beach scene art quilt! from landscape to traditional, this is Nancy’s also – embroidered Sun Bonnet Sues! and, a VERY COOL scrappy quilt from Nancy Strange! Louise Guillaudeu made this fabulous tote with butterflies for her aunt in NY! We are LOVING the way Maypole works up – it’s a bulky wt. baby yarn – in yummy colors! Wow! We really love this scrappy quilt that Elenna made! This incredible felted bag was made by Karyn Schiele, of course!! …and look what else Karyn has been up to! A needle felted heart pin – done with wool scraps and beaded embellishments! Saundra Fowler knitted this “Penny Sweater” with just 2 skeins of Kraemer Perfection (worsted wt.) and…Saundra is also working on some log cabin blocks for a class she’ll be teaching – she’s using Kraemer’s Perfection – worsted wt. wool/acrylic blend – and oh so affordable – just $6.50 for 200 yards! Amy Bostwick crocheted this fabulous infinity cowl with Noro’s Nadeshiko! (front post double-crochet) Brenna Deutchman made this “Leaves and Trees” Quilt – charcoal tree and teal fabric from Wooden Spools! She didn’t use batting just quilted it with soft, cuddly backing.
