MUG RUG CLASS
MUG RUG !
December 12, 2010 – 4 hours – from 12 noon to 4 pm
Cost = $15.00
A MUG RUG is a mini-placemat that you design to match a mug.
So, choose a decorative mug and then create a “rug” to accompany it. Use fabric scraps and assorted embellishments as you design your custom rug! Give your design some thought prior to class and bring in fabric, buttons, yarn, etc. to coordinate with your mug. As Joan Kawano teaches you to make your rug, she’ll cover skills such as binding, applique, couching and more!
What a delightful and unique holiday gift this would make!
In addition to a mug, you’ll need to bring your sewing machine. You’ll receive a complete supply list when you register!
